Spencer Marston Pool Table Warranty

Warranty Coverage Overview

Indoor pool tables are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, defined as the duration of ownership by the original owner. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. This Warranty becomes effective on the original date of purchase.

This Warranty is void if the pool table is not installed and, if applicable, serviced by a PoolTables.com–authorized installer or service technician.

What Is Covered (Indoor Pool Tables)

Spencer Marston warrants that its indoor pool tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Use in commercial, institutional, or rental settings is not covered.

This Warranty specifically covers:

• The table cabinet and structural frame

• Slate, including factory defects in slate material

• Factory-produced structural wood cabinet components

This Warranty applies only to defects that affect the structural integrity or intended function of the pool table. This Warranty does not require Spencer Marston to replace the entire pool table.

What Is Not Covered (Indoor Pool Tables)

The following items and conditions are not covered under this Warranty:

• Cloth (felt), regardless of brand or type

• Pockets and cushions

• Normal wear and tear

• Table leveling or re-leveling after initial installation

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care

• Damage resulting from environmental conditions outside normal residential conditions, including excessive humidity, dryness, or temperature fluctuation

• Natural variations in wood, including grain patterns, color variation, knots, or texture

• Damage caused by moving, modifying, or repairing the table by anyone other than a PoolTables.com–authorized installer or service technician

Warranty Duration — Indoor Pool Tables

The Limited Lifetime Warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool table.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the same duration as this Warranty.

Repaired or Replaced Components

Repaired or replaced components are covered only for the remainder of the original Warranty period and do not extend, renew, or restart the Warranty.

Outdoor Pool Tables

Outdoor pool tables are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Outdoor environments vary widely, so our outdoor warranty focuses on structural defects while excluding wear and environmental exposure that can’t be controlled.

This warranty applies only to:

• Table structure

• Slate

Outdoor tables do not include a lifetime warranty.

The following are not covered for outdoor tables:

• Cloth

• Cushions

• Pockets

• Leveling or re-leveling

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by exposure to severe weather, salt air, extreme heat or cold, or improper placement

Outdoor pool tables are designed for typical outdoor environments. Severe or prolonged exposure to harsh conditions may reduce product lifespan. We recommend placement in a protected area and use of a fitted, UV-resistant table cover when not in use.

What Spencer Marston Will Do

First Two (2) Years – Indoor Pool Tables

For the first two (2) years from the original purchase date, Spencer Marston will, at its discretion:

• Repair or replace defective components or materials

• Cover labor required to repair or replace covered components

• Cover shipping costs if warranty service is performed at a location other than the original installation site

After Two (2) Years – Indoor Pool Tables

After two (2) years from the original purchase date, Spencer Marston will cover replacement components or materials only. Labor and shipping costs are the responsibility of the Owner.

Spencer Marston is not required to replace the entire pool table.

This Warranty Will Be Void If

• The pool table is not installed by a PoolTables.com–authorized installer

• Installation, service, or repairs are performed by an unauthorized party

• The Owner fails to maintain a suitable indoor environment

• Care and maintenance instructions are not followed

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please email customerservice@spencermarston.com and include:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the issue

• Proof of purchase, including order number and purchase date

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval. If a claim is approved, Spencer Marston will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spencer Marston and PoolTables.com shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or economic loss.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty is the repair or replacement of defective components, at Spencer Marston’s discretion.

State Law Rights

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Game Tables & Furniture

Warranty Coverage Overview

Spencer Marston game tables and furniture are covered by a Limited Warranty for the original owner. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and becomes effective on the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.

If ownership of the game table or furniture is sold, transferred, or otherwise relinquished, this Warranty terminates and the product is accepted as is by the subsequent owner.

What Is Covered

Spencer Marston warrants that its game tables and furniture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Use in commercial, institutional, rental, or public settings is not covered.

Warranty Duration

Coverage for game tables and furniture lasts for up to two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the original owner.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the same duration as this Warranty.

Repaired or Replaced Components

Repaired or replaced components are covered only for the remainder of the original Warranty period and do not extend, renew, or restart the Warranty.

What Spencer Marston Will Do

Spencer Marston is not required to replace the entire product.

What Is Not Covered

The following items and conditions are not covered under this Warranty:

• Products sold or transferred by the original owner

• Game tables or furniture used in commercial, institutional, or rental settings

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care

• Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural events or acts of God

This Warranty Will Be Void If

• The Owner fails to provide a suitable environment for the product

• Care and maintenance instructions are not followed

• The product is modified, repaired, or serviced improperly

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval. If a claim is approved, Spencer Marston will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

If you are the original owner of a Spencer Marston product, your order and contact information are retained on record by PoolTables.com for verification purposes.
