So far so good! The web site description is not accurate, however, regarding the seat height. It is perhaps 28" before any cushion compression and 27" with the cushion flattened by body weight. Takes about 30 minutes to assemble. POOLTABLES.COM says: Glad you are enjoying the chair! Thanks for noting that the listed chair height is not 25". We measured a chair in our showroom and it was 26.25" high (it is normal for there to be some variability, but not a lot). We've updated the product specs accordingly. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

I purchased and product was shipped and received in 3 days. Amazing in today's challenged world. Jason at the Portland store assisted with a problem and all I can add is that he definitely understands and lives customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Exactly as depicted, easy to put together, very roomy and exceptional quality!

Chairs are in my game room. I bought seconds knowing that they had small back marks on chairs. I like the chairs but the pecan finish don’t match. One is lighter than the other but doesn’t really matter to me. I’m happy with them. And I did get a great deal on the price.
