Pooltables.com delivered it very promptly and had great customer service. I wasn't sure about the color matching my table and they sent me a sample piece before I ordered. The match was pretty close so we ordered it.
The wall rack looks great on the wall now that I was able to get it together. By this I mean that the package shipped with one set of instructions/parts list and online there was a completely different set of instructions/parts list. Print the 2 out and you will have a better chance of putting it together.
One major issue I had was that in one side piece, there were no holes drilled for one of the shelves. I called support and they said they could see if they have another part but after 2 days, I ended up drilling the holes myself. Not a huge deal - as long as you put the holes in the right spot. I measured 4 times to make sure.
The last issue was that it came with metal rails for mounting on the wall but neither instructions indicated the parts or how/where to mount them. I did figure it out and got it mounted so hopefully it stays on the wall. They shipped it with 3 drywall anchors but I would recommend that you get something that can support 50lbs better. I drilled in the stud on the middle of the rail for additional support so it should be ok.
